For Email/SMS Automation, we offer payment plan options over $3,000 USD. 

We offer a 10% discount if paid in full upfront. Otherwise a 50% deposit is required for all automation projects. For ongoing management, it is billed same time each month to the card on file until cancelled.

ONGOING MANAGEMENT
For ongoing management, you have the option to pay by credit card, wire transfer, or ACH. For credit cards option, you will be billed the same time each month until cancelled. If using Wire Transfer / ACH, you will receive an invoice approximately 7 days before your due date to be paid on or before the due date. 

AUTOMATIONS

You will be required to submit 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion. If paying upfront, a 10% discount will be applied to your invoice. 

ONE-TIME EMAIL DESIGN

You will be invoiced upon completion and payment must be received within 7 days of completion to avoid a late fee.

We do not require a contractual minimum commitment We are a month-to-month agency. This means you can cancel at anytime as long as 48 hours notice is provided prior to your billing date. If your billing date has passed and you wish to cancel, a 6% fee will be deducted from total refund, plus any pro-rated amount for work completed (if applicable).

For automations however, a signed scope of work agreement is required which outlines the work that will be provided with the automations and the agreed upon payment terms.
